Refund policy

RETURN, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All items are custom-made and produced specifically for each order. Due to the nature of made-to-order products, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

  • No Order Cancellations:
    Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, the order immediately enters production. Therefore, cancellations are not permitted, regardless of production or shipping timeframes.

  • Production & Shipping Delays:
    Since all items are made to order, production and delivery times may vary. Delays do not qualify as grounds for cancellation, refund requests, chargebacks, or disputes. Customers agree to allow reasonable production and shipping time.

  • Store Credit Policy:
    In the rare event a cancellation request is approved at our sole discretion, any approved refund may be issued as store credit only and not as a monetary refund to the original payment method.

  • Partial Refund Rights:
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to issue only a partial refund of up to 50% of the order total to cover production costs, materials, labor, processing fees, and administrative expenses already incurred.

  • Defective or Damaged Items:
    If a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

    • Reissue or replace the item, or

    • Provide store credit if applicable.

    We do not guarantee monetary refunds for defective items and reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

  • Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:
    Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for production delays or dissatisfaction unrelated to a verified defect. Filing a fraudulent chargeback after agreeing to these terms may result in denial of future purchases and additional collection efforts.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
