Made to Order

Every Reflections Jewelers piece is crafted after you place your order. Your order will ship within 45 days of the order date.

Shipping Rates

Shipping options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.

International Orders

We ship internationally. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless they are collected at checkout.

Delays

If we expect that your order will not ship within 45 days, we will notify you by email and you may choose either to wait for your order or to cancel it for a full refund. Please see our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us right away at info@reflectionsjewelers.com so we can update it before your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us right away and we will work with the carrier to resolve it for you.
